इंग्रजी मध्ये CONGENITAL म्हणजे काय?
जन्मजात विकार
जन्मजात विकार, किंवा जन्मजात रोग, जन्मापासून अस्तित्वात असलेली एक अट आणि बर्याचदा जन्मापूर्वीची स्थिती असते किंवा ते कार्यकारणाचे असो वा नसो, पहिल्या महिन्याच्या काळात विकसित होते. या रोगांपैकी, ज्यांना स्ट्रक्चरल विकृती द्वारे दर्शविले जाते त्यांना "जन्मजात विकृती" असे म्हटले जाते आणि विकसनशील गर्भात दोष किंवा त्यात हानी समाविष्ट होते. जन्मजात विकार अनुवांशिक विकृतींचा परिणाम, अंतःस्रावेशी वातावरण, मोर्फोजेनेसिस, संसर्ग किंवा क्रोमोसोमिक विकृती यासारख्या त्रुटी असू शकतात. डिसऑर्डरचा परिणाम जन्मपूर्व घाण आणि प्रसवोत्तर वातावरण यांच्यातील जटिल संवादावर अवलंबून असेल. पशु अभ्यासांवरून असे दिसून येते की गर्भाच्या गर्भाच्या आणि गर्भधारणेपूर्वी आईचे आहार, जीवनसत्व व ग्लुकोजचे स्तर गर्भवर्धक वाढीस आणि पौगंडावस्थेतील आणि प्रौढ रोगांवर दीर्घकालीन प्रभाव पडतात. जन्मजात विकार कार्यकारण आणि असामान्यता मध्ये प्रमाणात बदलू. जन्मतारीख कारणीभूत असलेल्या कोणत्याही पदार्थाला टेराटोजेन असे म्हणतात. काही विकृती जन्मापुर्वी जन्मापुर्वीचे निदान माध्यमातून शोधल्या जाऊ शकतात. शब्द "जन्मजात" व्याधी शब्दांची समानता असूनही अनुवांशिक विकार दर्शवित नाही.
