इंग्रजी मध्ये CONSTITUTION म्हणजे काय?
संविधान
एक राज्यघटनेची मूलभूत तत्त्वे किंवा स्थापित पूर्वप्रणालींचा संच आहे ज्यानुसार राज्य किंवा इतर संघटना शासित होते. हे नियम एकत्रित करतात, उदा., घटक म्हणजे काय जेव्हा हे तत्त्वे एकाच दस्तऐवजात किंवा कायदेशीर कागदपत्रांच्या संचामध्ये लिहिली जातात तेव्हा त्या कागदपत्रांमध्ये लेखी संविधानाचे प्रतीक म्हटले जाऊ शकते; जर त्यांना एकाच व्यापक दस्तऐवजात लिहिण्यात आले तर असे म्हटले जाते की संहितेच्या एक घटनेत ते समाविष्ट केले आहे. संघटना वेगवेगळ्या स्तरांच्या संस्थांची काळजी घेतात, सार्वभौम राज्यांपासून कंपन्या व अंतर्भूत नसलेल्या संघटनांपासून. आंतरराष्ट्रीय संघटना स्थापन करणारी एक तह म्हणजे त्याचे संविधान आहे, त्यातून हे संघटन कशा प्रकारे गृहीत धरले जाईल हे निश्चित करेल. राज्यांमधे संविधानानुसार राज्य कोणत्या तत्त्वांवर आधारित आहे, कायदे तयार करण्यात आल्या आहेत आणि कोणाकडून काही संविधान, विशेषत: संहिताबद्ध संविधान, राज्य सरकारचे राज्यकर्ते ओलांडू शकत नाहीत अशा रितीने स्थापन करून, राज्य शक्तीच्या मर्यादा म्हणून कार्य करतात, जसे मूलभूत अधिकार. उदाहरण म्हणजे अमेरिकेचे संयुक्त राज्यघटना होय.
