इंग्रजी मध्ये DELIMITATION म्हणजे काय?
सीमा मर्यादा
सीमारेषा परिसीमा सीमा, विशेषकरून निवडणूक क्षेत्रातील, राज्ये, काउंटस किंवा इतर नगरपालिका यांच्या रेखाचित्रे आहेत. निवडणुकीच्या संदर्भात, त्याला पुनर्वितरण असे म्हणता येईल आणि त्याचा वापर जिझसमध्ये लोकसंख्येच्या असमतोल रोखण्यासाठी केला जातो. असंतुलित किंवा भेदभावयुक्त परिसीमा "गरेमॅमेडिंग" असे म्हणतात. वाजवी मर्यादाची हमी देणारे कोणतेही आंतरराष्ट्रीय मान्यता मिळालेले नसले तरीही, कॉमनवेल्थ सचिवालय, युरोपियन युनियन आणि इलेक्टोरल सिस्टिमसाठी इंटरनॅशनल फाऊंडेशन सारख्या अनेक संस्थांनी प्रभावी मर्यादेसाठी मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे प्रस्तावित केली आहेत. आंतरराष्ट्रीय कायद्यानुसार, संबंधित राष्ट्रीय परिसीमा ही कायदेशीररित्या एखाद्या राज्यातील बाहेरील मर्यादा स्थापित करण्याची प्रक्रिया आहे ज्यामध्ये पूर्ण प्रादेशिक किंवा कार्यात्मक सार्वभौमत्वाचा वापर केला जातो. कधीकधी हे समुद्री चामड्यांच्या संदर्भाने वापरले जाते, या बाबतीत समुद्री परिसीमा म्हणतात.
