पत्र
एक पत्र एक व्यक्ती किंवा लोकांच्या एका गटाला निर्देशित किंवा पाठवलेले लेख आहे, सहसा एक मोहक आणि औपचारिक उपदेशात्मक पत्र. प्राचीन इजिप्तमध्ये अक्षरलेखन-शालेय लेखनात्मक अभ्यासक्रमाचा एक भाग म्हणून पत्रलेखनाची पत्राची शैली सामान्य होती. नवीन प्रेषितामधील प्रेषितांकडून ख्रिस्ती पर्यंतच्या अक्षरे सहसा पत्र म्हणून ओळखल्या जातात. परंपरेनुसार पॉलला श्रेय देणार्या पॉलांना पॉलिनचे पत्र आणि कॅथोलिक पत्र म्हणून इतर असे म्हटले जाते.
