इंग्रजी मध्ये HAWKBIT म्हणजे काय?

लेऑटोडोडोन कुटुंबातील डेन्मार्किअन सारखी वनस्पतींचे एक प्रकार म्हणजे एव्हरेस्सीए, जी सामान्यतः हॉकेबिट म्हणून ओळखले जाते. त्यांचे इंग्रजी नाव मिडियायव विश्वाच्या आधारावर आहे की झाडे त्यांची दृष्टी सुधारण्यासाठी वनस्पतींनी खाल्ले. मूलतः केवळ युरेशिया आणि उत्तर आफ्रिकेमध्ये राहणारी असली तरी, काही प्रजाती आता युनायटेड स्टेट्स आणि न्यूझीलंडसह अन्य देशांमध्ये स्थापित झाल्या आहेत. अलीकडील संशोधनामध्ये असे दिसून आले आहे की पारंपारिक परिसीमातील लेऑटोडॉन हा पॉलीफायलेटिक आहे. म्हणूनच, लेऑटोडाँनचे पूर्वीचे उपपोषक ओपरिनिया सामान्य स्तरावर वाढविले गेले. नामविस्तार नियमांनुसार स्कोर्झोनिरिआड्सचे नाव सामान्य स्तरावर प्राधान्य आहे आणि म्हणूनच, लेऑटोडॉन सबजीनियस ओपोरीनियाचे सदस्य पुनर्जन्म प्रजाती स्कॉर्झोनोराइड्सकडे हस्तांतरित करण्यात आले.
