इंग्रजी मध्ये INTERPLEADER म्हणजे काय?

इंटरपेडरेटर ही एक सिव्हिल प्रक्रिया आहे ज्यामुळे वादग्रस्त निर्णयासाठी दोन किंवा अधिक इतर पक्षांना सक्ती करण्याकरिता वादीने मुकदमा सुरू करण्यास परवानगी दिली आहे. वादग्रस्त व्यक्ती जेव्हा दुसर्या व्यक्तीच्या वतीने मालमत्तेस मालकी मिळते तेव्हा एक इंटरप्लेयर अॅक्शन उद्भवते, परंतु ही कोणाची मालमत्ता हस्तांतरित करावी हे माहीत नाही. हे बर्याचदा विमा करारा अंतर्गत उद्भवणाऱ्या वादांचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी वापरले जाते.
