इंग्रजी मध्ये LYMPHATIC म्हणजे काय?
लसीका
लिम्फ हे द्रवपदार्थ आहे जे संपूर्ण लसिका यंत्रणेमध्ये पसरते. लिम्फ तयार होते जेव्हा लिम्फ केशिकामधून अंतराळातील द्रव जमा केला जातो. मग त्यास डाव्या उपकॅक्वायन शिरामध्ये डावीकडे सोडण्यापूर्वी लिम्फ वाहिन्यांमधून लिम्फ नोड्समधून पाठवले जाते, जेथे ते रक्ताने पुन्हा मिक्स करतात. लिम्फ अंतःकरणातील द्रवपदार्थापासून बनला आहे, त्यामुळे त्याची रचना रक्त म्हणून बदलते आणि आसपासचे पेशी सतत पदार्थ अंतराळातली द्रवपदार्थ जुळतात. लसीका प्रथिनेला प्रथिने आणि अतिरिक्त अंतरालीय द्रवपदार्थ परत घेते. लसिका जीवाणू उचलून ते लसीका नोड्समध्ये आणू शकते जिथे त्यांचा नाश केला जातो. मेटास्टाॅटिक कर्करोग पेशी देखील लसीका मार्गे रवाना होऊ शकतात. लसिका पचन प्रणालीपासून देखील वसाचे संक्रमण करते. लसिका हा शब्द ताजे पाणी, लिम्फाच्या रोमन देवतेच्या नावावरून बनलेला आहे.
