एक दंव एक माशीचे लार्व्हा आहे; हे विशेषतः नेमाटोकरासारखे लार्वा, जसे की डास आणि क्रेन मच्छर यांसारख्या ब्रॅकेस्सेरन माश्यांच्या अळ्या, जसे की घरफूल, चीज मच्छर आणि फुलफली याना लागू होते.
