इंग्रजी मध्ये MEDIATION म्हणजे काय?
मध्यस्थी
कायद्यानुसार वापरल्या जाणार्या मध्यस्थी, पर्यायी विवाद निवारणाचा एक प्रकार आहे, ठोस परिणामांसह दोन किंवा अधिक पक्षांमधील विवादांचे निराकरण करण्याचा एक मार्ग. सहसा, एक तृतीय पक्ष, मध्यस्थ, एखाद्या समस्येवर चर्चा करण्यासाठी पक्षांना मदत करते. विवादित विविध प्रकारच्या डोमेनमधील विवाद, जसे व्यावसायिक, कायदेशीर, राजनयिक, कार्यस्थळ, समुदाय आणि कौटुंबिक गोष्टी यांच्यात मध्यस्थी येऊ शकते.
