इंग्रजी मध्ये NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION म्हणजे काय?
विना - नफा संस्था
एक ना-नफा संघटना किंवा नॉन-फॉर प्रॉफिट असोसिएशन ही एक संस्था आहे जी नफ्यासाठी किंवा लाभांश म्हणून वितरीत करण्याऐवजी त्याच्या उद्दिष्टांची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी अतिरिक्त महसूल वापरते. ना-ना-नफा संस्थांना अतिरिक्त महसूल मिळविण्यास परवानगी दिली जात असताना, संस्थेला त्याच्या स्वत: ची संरक्षण, विस्तार किंवा योजनांसाठी ठेवण्यात आले पाहिजे. एनपीओमध्ये नियंत्रक सदस्य किंवा बोर्ड आहेत. बर्याच जणांना व्यवस्थापन असलेले कर्मचारी दिले जातात, तर काही नेव्हड स्वयंसेवक आणि मुख्यालयासोबत काम करणा-या कर्मचा-यांशिवाय किंवा कामकाजाशिवाय काम करतात. जेथे टोकन फी असते तिथे सर्वसाधारणपणे, कार्यकारी आणि संघटनेच्या दरम्यान कराराची स्थापना करण्यासाठी कायदेशीर आवश्यकता पूर्ण करण्यासाठी वापरले जाते. ना-नफा म्हणून पदनाम याचा अर्थ असा होत नाही की संस्थेला नफा मिळवण्याचा उद्देश नाही, परंतु संस्थेकडे मालक नाही आणि संघटनेच्या ऑपरेशनमध्ये मिळालेल्या निधीचा वापर कोणत्याही मालकांच्या फायद्यासाठी केला जाणार नाही. ज्या प्रमाणात एनपीओ अतिरिक्त उत्पन्न कमावू शकतो तो मर्यादित असू शकतो किंवा अतिरिक्त महसुलाच्या वापरावर मर्यादा येऊ शकते.
