12-तासांचे घड्याळ हा एक वेळचा अधिवेशन आहे ज्यात दिवसाचे 24 तास दोन कालखंडातील असतात: सकाळी आणि दुपारी प्रत्येक कालमर्यादा 12 तासांची संख्या: 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 , 8, 9, 10, आणि 11. 24 तास / दिवस चक्र सकाळी 12 वाजल्यापासून सुरू होतो, दुपारी दुपारी 12 दरम्यान चालतो आणि दिवसाच्या अखेरीस दुसर्या दिवशी सकाळी 12 वाजता लगेच हलते. 12 तासांचे घड्याळ इ.स.पूर्व 16 व्या शतकाच्या दुसर्या तेसाव्या शतकापासून विकसित होते.
