Pyrethrum आता अनेक जुन्या जागतिक वनस्पतींचे एक प्रजाती होते जी आता क्रिस्सलमम किंवा तनॅकेटम म्हणून वर्गीकृत केली जाते. Pyrethrum पूर्वी पिअरेथ्रममध्ये समाविष्ट असलेल्या वनस्पतींसाठी सामान्य नाव म्हणून वापरले जात आहे. पिरेथ्रम हे नैसर्गिक कीटकनाशक म्हणजे क्रायसेंथेमम सेनेरिफिओलियम आणि क्रायसेंथेमम कोकेसिनमच्या वाळलेल्या फ्लॉवर डोक्यावरुन बनलेले आहे.
