बलात्कार हा लैंगिक अत्याचाराचा एक प्रकार आहे जो सामान्यत: लैंगिक संभोग किंवा इतर व्यक्तींच्या संमतीविना एक किंवा एकापेक्षा जास्त व्यक्तींच्या विरोधात सुरू होणारे लैंगिक प्रवेश. हा कायदा शारीरिक ताकदी, जबरदस्तीने, प्राधिकरणाचा गैरवापर किंवा वैध संमतीसाठी अपात्र असलेल्या व्यक्तीच्या विरूद्ध, जसे की बेशुद्ध, अक्षम्य किंवा संमतीच्या कायदेशीर वयापेक्षा कमी आहे.
