तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या रीयटीएक्टक्टमी (प्राचीन ग्रीक ῥυτίς (rhytis) "शिकन" + ἐκτομή (ektome) "छेदण", झुरळांची शस्त्रक्रिया काढून टाकणे) असे एक तांत्रिकदृष्ट्टिकपणे ओळखले जाते, हा एक प्रकारचा कॉस्मेटिक शस्त्रक्रिया आहे जो अधिक चेहर्याचा चेहर्याचा देखावा देण्यासाठी वापरला जातो. एकाधिक शस्त्रक्रिया तंत्र आहेत सहसा जास्तीचे चेहर्यावरील त्वचा काढून टाकणे, अंतर्निहित ऊतींना कडक न पडता किंवा रुग्णाच्या चेहऱ्यावर आणि मानांवर त्वचेचे पुनर्मुद्रण करणे समाविष्ट होते.
