इंग्रजी मध्ये STOCKTAKING म्हणजे काय?
स्टॉक-लेडींग
स्टॉक-घेऊन घेणे किंवा इन्व्हेंटरी तपासणी ही भौतिक तपासणी आणि त्या वस्तू किंवा वेअरहाउसमधील वस्तूंची स्थिती आहे. विद्यमान स्टॉक मूल्यांकनाची ऑडिट प्रदान करण्यासाठी हे केले जाऊ शकते. हे स्टॉक विसंगतीचे माहितीचे स्त्रोत आहे. स्टॉक-घेण्याचे गहन वार्षिक तपास म्हणून केले जाऊ शकते किंवा चक्र संख्येनुसार सतत केले जाऊ शकते. वरील मुदतींवर नियतकालिक गणना देखील केली जाते. सामान्यतः नियमीत आणि स्वस्त वस्तूंसाठी नियमित मोजणी केली जाते. 'पेरीडिक्ट' या शब्दाचा सामान्यत: वार्षिक स्टॉक गणना असतो तथापि, नियतकालिक अर्धवार्षिक, त्रैमासिक, मासिक, द्वि-मासिक किंवा दैनिक देखील उल्लेख करू शकते. महाग वस्तूंसाठी स्टॉकच्या अधिक कमी कालावधीत प्राधान्य दिले जाते. स्टॉकटाईक विक्री पूर्वीच्या हंगामापासून स्टॉकची विक्री करण्यासाठी डिझाइन केलेली एका दुकानात कमी किमतीची विक्री आहे. यामुळे स्टॉक-घेण्याचे कार्य सोपे होते. स्टॉक लेण्याचा आणखी एक उद्देश कटऑफ पॉइंट निश्चित आहे. म्हणजे एका विशिष्ट वेळी कंपनी / संस्थानाचे स्टॉक स्थान काय होते. खालील फॉर्म हे संबंधित उपयोगात मदत करू शकतात ...
