ट्रान्सफॉर्मर
ट्रान्सफॉर्मर एक विद्युत उपकरण आहे जे दोन किंवा अधिक सर्किट्समध्ये विद्युत स्त्रियांमध्ये इलेक्ट्रोमॅग्नेटिक प्रेरणमार्गे हस्तांतरित करते. ट्रान्सफॉर्मरच्या प्राथमिक वळणावळणातील बदलत्या भिन्नतेमुळे कोरमधील भिन्न चुंबकीय प्रवाह निर्माण होते आणि माध्यमिक वळण वर वेगवेगळे चुंबकीय क्षेत्र ओतप्रोत बनते. दुय्यम स्तरावर हे वेगवेगळे चुंबकीय क्षेत्र दुस-या वळणामध्ये बदलणारे इलेक्ट्रोमोटिव्ह शक्ती किंवा व्होल्टेजचे अवलंब करतात. हाय मॅग्नेटिक पारगम्यता गुणधर्मांसह फॅरडेचे नियम वापरणे, ट्रान्सफॉर्मर अशा प्रकारे तयार केले जाऊ शकतात की एसी व्होल्टेज एका व्हॉल्टेजच्या पातळीपासून दुसर्या पॉवर नेटवर्क्समध्ये बदलू शकतात. ट्रान्सफॉर्मर्स आरएफ ट्रान्सफॉर्मर्सवरून आकारात असणारे ट्रान्सफॉर्मर्स, लहान शेपटीचे वजन असलेले पॉवर ग्रीड एकमेकांना जोडण्यासाठी एक लहान सी 3 फ्रेक अंश आहेत. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आणि इलेक्ट्रीक पॉवर ऍप्लिकेशन्स मध्ये ट्रान्सफॉर्मर डिझाइनचा विस्तृत वापर केला जातो. पहिल्या सतत संभाव्य ट्रान्सफॉर्मरच्या 1885 मध्ये आविष्कारांमुळे, विद्युत उर्जेची एसी प्रसारण, वितरण आणि उपयोग यासाठी ट्रान्सफॉर्मर्स आवश्यक झाले आहेत.
