इंग्रजी मध्ये WORK-STUDY म्हणजे काय?
सहकारी शिक्षण
व्यावहारिक कार्य अनुभव सह वर्ग आधारित शिक्षण एकत्र एक रचना पद्धत आहे. एक सहकारी शिक्षण अनुभव, सामान्यतः "को-ऑप" म्हणून ओळखले जाते, संरचित नोकरीच्या अनुभवासाठी शैक्षणिक क्रेडिट प्रदान करते. शालेय ते काम संक्रमणाची, सेवा शिक्षणात आणि अनुभवात्मक शिक्षणाची पुढाकार करण्यास तरुणांना मदत करण्यामध्ये सहकारी शिक्षण नवीन महत्त्वपूर्णतेने होत आहे. सहकारी शिक्षण हे सक्रिय सहभाग पद्धतींचा देखील वापर करतात ज्यात विद्यार्थी समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी एकत्रितपणे काम कसे करतात हे सामान्यतः मुलांच्या हक्क, समता, समानता आणि निर्णय घेण्यात सहभाग यावर आधारित असते. त्याच्या पद्धतींमध्ये खेळ खेळणे, मते व्यक्त करणे, लोकशाही सहभाग घेणे, सामायिक करणे, विद्यार्थी सर्व भाग घेण्याची समान संधी व संघर्ष विरोधात आहेत.
