지방질가수분해효소
글리세롤의 지방산 에스테르를 가수분해하여 지방산을 유리시키는 반응을 촉매하는 효소. 보통 트리아실글리세롤 리파아제를 가리키지만, 이 밖에 모노아실글리세롤리파아제가 있다. 또한 혈청리포단백질 리파아제(리포단백질 중 트리아실글리세롤을 가수분해), 호르몬감수성 리파아제(아드레날린 등에 의해 활성화 됨) 등이 있다. 글리세롤에스테르히드로라아제라고도 한다.
