Dalam biokimia, peraturan allosteric adalah peraturan enzim atau protein lain dengan mengikat molekul effector di tapak allosteric protein. Laman-laman allosteric membolehkan para pelaksana untuk mengikat protein, sering mengakibatkan perubahan konformasi atau perubahan lain dalam keberkesanan enzim.
