Amorality adalah ketiadaan, sikap acuh tak acuh terhadap, atau mengabaikan moralitas. Amorality adalah harta intrinsik sesuatu objek kerana sementara moralitas ditentukan relatif kepada kod moral, amoral boleh wujud secara bebas, terutama secara lalai tanpa ketiadaan moral. Moralitas dan amoral pada manusia dan haiwan adalah subjek pertikaian antara saintis dan ahli falsafah. Sekiranya akhlak adalah intrinsik kepada manusia, maka makhluk-makhluk manusiawi sama ada tidak wujud atau hanya manusia yang tidak sempurna. Sekiranya akhlak adalah ekstrinsik kepada manusia, maka makhluk-makhluk yang bermoral manusia boleh wujud dan menjadi manusia sepenuhnya, dan mungkin amoral sama ada secara alamiah atau dengan pilihan. Amoral tidak boleh dikelirukan dengan tidak bermoral, yang merujuk kepada ejen yang melakukan atau memikirkan sesuatu yang dia tahu atau percaya menjadi salah.
