Perjamuan Anglikan adalah persatuan antarabangsa gereja-gereja yang terdiri daripada Gereja-gereja England dan gereja-gereja Anglikan kebangsaan dan serantau dengan persekutuan penuh dengannya. Status persekutuan penuh berarti, dengan idealnya, terdapat kesepakatan bersama tentang doktrin-doktrin penting dan penyertaan penuh dalam kehidupan sakramental setiap gereja tersedia untuk semua orang Anglikan yang berkomunikasi. Uskup Agung Canterbury, Primate of All England, mempunyai keutamaan yang dihormati oleh para archbishops dari Komuni Anglikan. Dia diiktiraf sebagai primus antara pasangan, atau yang pertama di antara sama. Uskup agung tidak menjalankan kuasa langsung di wilayah-wilayah di luar England, tetapi sebaliknya bertindak sebagai tumpuan perpaduan. Komuni Anglikan menganggap dirinya sebagai sebahagian daripada Gereja Satu, Kudus, Katolik dan Apostolik dan menjadi Katolik dan Reformasi.
