Tasik Besar Bitter adalah tasik air garam yang merupakan sebahagian daripada Terusan Suez. Ia disambungkan ke Tasik Bitter Kecil, di mana kanal juga berjalan. Sebelum terusan dibina, tapak mereka diduduki oleh lembah garam kering. Bersama-sama, Tasik Bitter mempunyai luas permukaan sekitar 250 km².
