Callose
Callose adalah polysaccharide tumbuhan. Ia terdiri daripada residu glukosa yang dihubungkan bersama melalui β-1,3-hubungan, dan dipanggil β-glucan. Ia dianggap dihasilkan di dinding sel oleh synthases callose dan direndahkan oleh β-1,3-glucanases. Ia diletakkan di plasmodesmata, di plat sel semasa sitokinesis dan semasa pembangunan debunga.
