Semenanjung Cape adalah semenanjung yang berbatu-batu yang menjorok ke Lautan Atlantik di hujung selatan-barat benua Afrika. Di hujung selatan semenanjung ialah Cape Point dan Cape of Good Hope. Di hujung utara ialah Table Mountain, menghadap Cape Town, Afrika Selatan. Semenanjung ini berjarak 52 km dari titik Mouille di utara ke Cape Point di selatan.
