Casuistry / kæʒuːɨstri /, atau alasan berasaskan kes, adalah satu kaedah dalam etika dan perundangan yang digunakan, yang sering disifatkan sebagai kritikan asas atau alasan berasaskan peraturan. Perkataan "casuistry" berasal dari casus Latin.
