Cerussite
Cerussite adalah mineral yang terdiri daripada karbonat plumbum, dan bijih timah penting. Nama itu berasal dari cerussa Latin, memimpin putih. Cerussa nativa telah disebutkan oleh Conrad Gessner pada tahun 1565, dan pada tahun 1832 F. S. Beudant menerapkan nama pelayaran ke mineral, sementara bentuk sekarang, cerussite, adalah disebabkan oleh W. Haidinger.
