Perlembagaan
Perlembagaan adalah satu set prinsip asas atau duluan yang ditetapkan mengikut mana keadaan atau organisasi lain ditadbir. Peraturan ini bersama-sama membentuk, iaitu, entiti apa entiti. Sesetengah perlembagaan, terutamanya perlembagaan kod, juga bertindak sebagai pembatas kuasa negara, dengan mewujudkan garis-garis yang tidak dapat disebarkan oleh pemerintah negara, seperti hak asasi. Contohnya ialah perlembagaan Amerika Syarikat.
