Bennettitales adalah susunan tumbuhan benih yang telah punah dalam tempoh Triassic dan telah pupus di kebanyakan kawasan menjelang akhir Cretaceous, walaupun beberapa Bennettitales nampaknya telah bertahan dalam masa Oligosen pada Tasmania dan Australia timur. Ada yang dicirikan oleh batang tebal dan daun kompait yang menimbulkan persamaan cetek kepada orang-orang cycad, yang berbeza terutamanya dalam susunan stomatal. Taxon terdiri daripada dua kumpulan, iaitu Cycadeoidaceae, yang diwakili oleh Cycadeoidea dan Monanthesia yang mempunyai batang stoking dan bisporangiate strobili, dan Williamsoniaceae termasuk Williamsonia, Williamsoniella, Wielandella dan Ischnophyton yang mempunyai batang cawangan langsing dan bisporangiate atau monosporangiate strobili. Bennettitales telah diletakkan di kalangan anthophytes dan untuk beberapa waktu dianggap sebagai saudara dekat tumbuhan berbunga kerana struktur pembiakan seperti bunga mereka.
