Dada
Dada / dɑːdɑː / atau Dadaisme adalah pergerakan seni avant-garde Eropah pada awal abad ke-20. Banyak yang mendakwa Dada bermula di Zurich, Switzerland pada tahun 1916, menyebar ke Berlin tidak lama selepas itu tetapi ketinggian New York Dada adalah tahun sebelumnya, pada tahun 1915. Mengutip Dona Budd The Language of Knowledge Art, Dada dilahirkan daripada reaksi negatif kepada kengerian Perang Dunia I. Pergerakan antarabangsa ini bermula oleh sekumpulan artis dan penyair yang dikaitkan dengan Cabaret Voltaire di Zurich. Dada menolak sebab dan logik, tidak masuk akal, tidak rasional dan intuisi.
