Derogasi adalah pembatalan separa undang-undang, yang bertentangan dengan pembatalan atau penghapusan undang-undang. Istilah ini digunakan dalam undang-undang sivil dan undang-undang umum. Ia kadang-kadang digunakan, longgar, bermaksud pembatalan, seperti dalam perundangan undang-undang: Lex posterior derogat priori, iaitu undang-undang berikutnya yang menyampaikan pemansuhan yang sebelumnya.
