Donatisme
Donatisme adalah mazhab Kristian di wilayah Afrika Rom yang berkembang di abad keempat dan kelima di kalangan orang Kristian Berber. Donatisme mempunyai akar dalam tekanan sosial di kalangan komuniti Kristian lama di Afrika Utara, semasa penganiayaan orang Kristian di bawah Diocletian. Para Donatis adalah ahli gereja yang berstatus yang tidak bersekutu dengan gereja-gereja yang lain dari Kekristianan Awal di Lama Lama. Donatisme adalah hasil tidak langsung dari penganiayaan Diocletian. Gabenor Afrika telah menjadi lemah terhadap minoriti Kristian yang besar di bawah pemerintahannya semasa penganiayaan.
