Duma
Duma adalah dewan majlis yang dicipta oleh Tsar Rusia. Ia adalah satu bentuk institusi kerajaan Rusia yang dibentuk semasa pemerintahan Tsar terakhir, Nicholas II. Ia juga istilah untuk majlis kepada pemimpin Rusia awal, serta untuk majlis bandar di Imperial Rusia, dan badan-badan perundangan bandar dan daerah di Persekutuan Rusia.
