Persatuan Perdagangan Bebas Eropah adalah organisasi perdagangan bebas di antara empat negara Eropah yang beroperasi selari dengan - dan dikaitkan dengan - Kesatuan Eropah. EFTA ditubuhkan pada 3 Mei 1960 sebagai alternatif perdagangan blok untuk negara-negara Eropah yang sama sekali tidak dapat atau tidak bersedia menyertai Komuniti Ekonomi Eropah yang kini menjadi EU. Konvensyen Stockholm, yang menubuhkan EFTA, telah ditandatangani pada 4 Januari 1960 di ibu negara Sweden oleh tujuh negara.
