Giaour atau Gawur atau Ghiaour, yang ditulis dalam bahasa Turki moden, adalah serangan keagamaan dan kadang-kadang etnik yang digunakan umat Islam di Turki dan Balkan untuk menggambarkan semua orang yang bukan Islam, dengan rujukan khusus kepada penduduk Kristian berhampiran seperti orang Yunani, Armenia, Bulgaria , Serbia, etnik Macedonia, Rumania, dan Asyur.
