Goldeye
Goldeye, Hiodon alosoides, adalah spesies ikan dalam keluarga mooneye. Ia berlaku dari jauh ke Sungai Mackenzie sebagai Aklavik di utara ke Mississippi di selatan, dan dari Alberta di barat ke Ohio selatan Great Lakes, dengan penduduk terpencil di selatan James Bay. Ia terkenal dengan iris emas yang kelihatan di mata. Ia lebih memilih perairan dan tasik yang bergerak dengan perlahan, di mana ia memakan serangga, krustasea, ikan, katak, shrews, dan tikus.
