Hamites adalah genus ammonit heteromorph yang berkembang lewat di peringkat Aptian Cretaceous Awal dan bertahan dalam tahap Cenomanian dari Cretaceous Late. Genus ini hampir pasti paraphyletic tetapi tetap digunakan secara meluas sebagai "menangkap semua" untuk ammonite heteromorph dari Turrilitaceae superfamily yang tidak sesuai dengan kumpulan yang lebih banyak.
