Penyakit tangan, kaki dan mulut adalah sindrom manusia yang disebabkan oleh virus usus keluarga picornaviridae. Coxsackievirus A16 dan Enterovirus 71 adalah strain yang paling biasa yang diketahui menyebabkan HFMD, tetapi banyak lagi jenis strain coxsackievirus atau enterovirus diketahui menyebabkan sindrom virus ini.
