Dalam bidang sains tanah, pertanian dan berkebun, hardpan atau ouklip adalah istilah umum untuk lapisan padat tanah, biasanya terdapat di bawah lapisan atas lapisan paling atas. Terdapat pelbagai jenis hardpan, semua berkongsi ciri umum menjadi lapisan tanah yang berbeza yang sebahagian besarnya tidak tahan terhadap air.
