Garisan kontur
Garis kontur fungsi dua pembolehubah adalah lengkung di mana fungsi mempunyai nilai malar. Dalam kartografi, garis kontur bergabung dengan titik yang sama rata di atas paras tertentu, seperti paras laut. Peta kontur adalah peta yang digambarkan dengan garis kontur, contohnya peta topografi, yang mana menunjukkan lembah dan bukit, dan kecurian cerun.
