Ali Hosseini Khamenei (Bahasa Parsi: علي حسینی خامنه ای, Azerbaijani: سید علی حسینی خامنهای / Seyyid Əli Xamneyi diucapkan (mendengar) lahir pada 17 Julai 1939) adalah Ketua Pemimpin Iran dan seorang ulama Syiah. Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat sebagai Presiden Iran dari tahun 1981 hingga 1989. Pada tahun 2012, Forbes memilih beliau ke-21 dalam senarai The People's Most Powerful Dunia. Sebagai ketua negara, Khamenei dianggap sebagai kuasa politik paling kuat di Iran. Khamenei adalah mangsa percubaan pembunuhan pada bulan Jun 1981 yang melumpuhkan lengan kanannya. Seperti Ruhollah Khomeini, Ali Khamenei juga mengeluarkan fatwa yang mengatakan pengeluaran, penumpukan dan penggunaan senjata nuklear dilarang di bawah Islam.
