Kibbeh atau kibbe adalah hidangan Timur Tengah yang diperbuat daripada bulgur, bawang cincang dan daging lembu tanpa lemak, kambing, kambing atau unta. Brazil quibe / kibe, disumbat dengan requeijão, yang berasal dari Portugis di antara ricotta dan keju krim. Kebanyakan kibbeh Brazil, tidak seperti resipi tradisional, menggunakan carne moída.
