Lapwing
Vanellinae adalah salah satu daripada pelbagai plovers yang dilahirkan, keluarga Charadriidae, yang terkenal dengan sayapnya yang lambat dan tidak teratur dalam penerbangan dan ketakutan, menangis menangis. Panjangnya adalah 10-16 inci. Mereka adalah subfamily burung menengah sederhana yang juga termasuk plovers dan dotterels.
