Metasequoia
Metasequoia adalah pokok yang tumbuh cepat, dan spesies hidup tunggal, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, adalah salah satu daripada tiga spesies konifer yang dikenali sebagai redwoods. Ia berasal dari wilayah Sichuan-Hubei di China. Walaupun paling rendah dari kayu merah, ia tumbuh hingga ketinggian sekurang-kurangnya 200 kaki.
