Pune (dahulunya dikenali sebagai Poona di era British, Punyanagari pada masa dahulu pengucapan Bahasa Inggeris: / puːnə /; Marathi: (mendengar)) adalah metropolis ketujuh terbesar di India dan yang kedua terbesar di negeri Maharashtra. Ia terletak 560 meter (1,837 kaki) di atas paras laut di dataran Deccan di tebing kanan sungai Mutha.
