Pyrenoid adalah mikro-sub-sel-sel yang terdapat dalam kloroplas banyak alga, dan dalam satu kumpulan tumbuhan tanah, tanduk-tanduk. Pyrenoids dikaitkan dengan operasi mekanisme penumpuan karbon.
