Transkripase terbalik adalah enzim yang digunakan untuk menjana DNA pelengkap dari satu templat RNA, suatu proses yang disebut transkripsi terbalik. RT diperlukan untuk replikasi retrovirus, dan RT inhibitor digunakan secara meluas sebagai ubat antiretroviral.
