Romulus / rɒmjʉləs / dan Remus / riːməs / adalah watak-watak kembar dan watak utama mitos asas Rom. Ibunya ialah Rhea Silvia, anak perempuan Numitor, raja Alba Longa. Sebelum konsep mereka, abang Numitor, Amulius merebut kuasa, membunuh pewaris lelaki Numitor dan memaksa Rhea Silvia menjadi Vestal Virgin, bersumpah kepada kesucian.
