Samaria
Samaria, atau Shomron adalah nama untuk kawasan pergunungan, Palestin purba, berdasarkan sempadan Kerajaan Utara Israel alkitabiah. Nama "Samaria" berasal dari kota kuno Samaria, ibukota Kerajaan Israel. Pada zaman moden, wilayah ini umumnya dan hampir dikenali secara umum sebagai sebahagian daripada Tebing Barat. Jordan menyerahkan tuntutannya ke kawasan itu ke Pertubuhan Pembebasan Palestin pada November 1988.
