Syndikalisme adalah sejenis sistem ekonomi, suatu bentuk sosialisme, yang dicadangkan sebagai pengganti kapitalisme. Adalah satu cadangan bahawa industri diorganisasikan menjadi konfederasi atau sindiket. Ia adalah "sistem organisasi ekonomi di mana industri dimiliki dan diuruskan oleh pekerja." Teori dan praxisnya adalah penglibatan dan penggabungan kepentingan berbilang kategori koperasi yang terdiri daripada pakar dan wakil pekerja di setiap bidang masing-masing untuk merundingkan dan mengurus ekonomi.
