Totalitarianisme atau negara totalitarian adalah konsep yang digunakan oleh beberapa saintis politik untuk menggambarkan sistem politik di mana kerajaan memegang kuasa penuh ke atas masyarakat dan berusaha untuk mengawal semua aspek kehidupan awam dan swasta di mana mungkin.
